Artists and artwork change weekly throughout the season.
Visit often and discover new faces and a variety of artwork each week.
A must stop along the Walkway to the Sea to or from Hyannis Main Street and Hyannis Harbor.
Meet Cape Cod artists and artisans working and selling their handmade, hand designed or hand crafted items.
PARK AND WALK: It’s a short, easy walk to Hyannis Main Street and Hyannis Harbor.

MAY AND JUNE weekends:

JUNE – AUGUST, seven days a week:

Take ‘sweet’ photos of the “Gingerbread Houses” at the Harbor Overlook.
Follow the walkway to the mile long Hyannis Main Street for plenty of shopping & dining spots!

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The program first started in 2005 with just 11 artists and now includes over 85 Cape Cod artists who rotate weekly throughout the season.
The Town run artist shanty program provides affordable rental space for Cape Cod artists and artisans to work and sell at these “seaside studios”. The shanties are named for the town’s seven villages and each shanty at Bismore Park features past and present images of the villages. The Harbor Overlook shanties are named for several public town beaches.
This program provides prime visibility and opportunities for artists to gain and improve business, marketing and selling skills, connect with other artists and meet visitors from around the region and the world.
