Jacek Zuzanski of Dream Tale Puppets invites actors and theatre lovers to the Tabletop Puppets Acting Workshop for grown-ups (ages 15 and up).

The workshop will introduce participants to the art of bringing an object to life and transforming it into a stage character. Participants will learn the principles and acting techniques used in Dream Tale Puppets’ tabletop puppet performances while trying out new approaches to actor-puppeteer training and creative practice. Puppetry acting will be at the center, but we will also explore live acting in relationship with puppetry.

The experience may be especially appealing to actors, teachers, artists, and anyone who enjoys role-playing, fantasy, and creative self-expression. Puppets will be provided.

Jacek Zuzanski, professionally trained in acting, directing, and puppetry in Poland, has forty years of experience as an actor, teacher, designer, builder, and theatre director.
