Gourmet Dining with Chef Joe: BBQ, Oh Boy!

Join Chef Joe in the Owl Hall from 5-7pm for the first BBQ of the season! The Sarah Swain and the Oh Boys concert starts at 7:30 — have dinner with us first and make a night of it! (Concert tickets sold separately.)
On the menu:
- BBQ St Louis ribs with a bourbon BBQ sauce
- grilled chicken with a rosemary, pancetta and orange sauce
- Southern shellfish boil with mussels, clams, shrimp, andouille bean broth
- grilled pound cake with a Bourbon cherry sauce, brownies and ice cream!
EXTRAS: Complimentary Bourbon Seelbach cocktails will be served.
DON’T FORGET: This is a BYOB event and any favorite BBQ wines or beer would be a good match!
