Join us at Sturgis Library as we welcome author/journalist Meera Subramanian as she discuses her newly released non fiction graphic novel, A Better World Is Possible: Global Youth Confront the Climate Crisis.

In this stunning graphic novel, New York Times best-selling illustrator Danica Novgorodoff and award-winning environmental journalist Meera Subramanian share experiences from their lives and the lives of the four youth activists who’ve witnessed climate change up close—from wildfires in the Pacific Northwest to floods in Bangladesh.

Woven through the stories are deeply researched and fact-checked interludes that explore climate science, environmental justice, biodiversity, and more, along with— of course—solutions!
