This unique evening will explore how Caroline’s background in the arts shaped her voice as a storyteller in the kitchen, and how she turned her creative career into published authorship.

In conversation with Belonging Books’ founder, Erica Tso Haidas, we will hear firsthand about Caroline’s journey from arts professional to cookbook author, learn about the cultural roots and modern twists behind her recipes, and gain insight into what it takes to bring a creative project from idea to finished book. Guests will also have the chance to sample a delicious kimchi mac and cheese from her cookbook, ask questions during a live Q&A, and connect with fellow food lovers, creatives, and community members.
