CUISINE: Mediterranean with some Irish flair

WHAT TO EXPECT: A delicious healthy dinner and an intimate mini-concert with singer-songwriter-chef Aoife Clancy, featuring some of Aoife’s favorite recipes with a little Blue Zones influence. Aoife (pronounced Ee-fa) will share stories and songs from her musical upbringing in Ireland to her time spent on the island of Sardinia, where she first got introduced to the Blue Zones cuisine.

Tonight’s menu:

Starter: Japanese style salad with Carrot-Ginger dressing

Main course: Aoife’s Herbed Chicken with Roasted Garlic White Bean and Turnip Puree

Side: Asian Green Beans

Dessert: Apple and Blueberry Cobbler with Lemon Zest served with Whipped Cream

This is a BYOB event, and Aoife suggests a Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Noir.

EXTRAS: Aoife will entertain you throughout the meal with story and song!
