WHAT TO EXPECT: Explore classic Indian cuisine with chef Sanjay Palit! In this class you will learn to cook two delicious dishes: a classic Lamb Curry and Chana/Moong Dal (Split Peas/Moong Beans), and Cutlets Indian Style will be served during class for tasting. Sanjay will guide you step-by-step through preparation and cooking.
EXTRAS: Everyone enjoys a delicious meal together at the end of class and there may even be leftovers to take home!
DON’T FORGET: Please bring an apron and tie long hair back. This class is held in the Simoneau Kitchen in our Education Wing.
