Young People’s Concert

Each Fall, Cape Symphony partners with area school districts to bring professional, live symphonic music to young people on Cape Cod. Approximately 2,800 elementary school students, with their teachers and chaperones, take a field trip to the Barnstable Performing Arts Center for a school-day concert designed with the children’s interests and studies in mind.
Tickets are free to all participating school districts.
The Young People’s Concert is made possible through generous support from The Cape Cod Melody Tent (South Shore Playhouse Associates), The Thomas Anthony Pappas Charitable Foundation, and The Enoch T. Cobb Trust.
