Join us at CCAC for a flash photography workshop! Wireless Flash is the single best tool you have to produce “Wow!” images, yet it can be incredibly intimidating.

In this combination lecture and workshop, professional photographer Gary Friedman (www.FriedmanArchives.com) shows how to get the most out of these tools without needing any technical know-how.

In the first half, he provides a lecture and a demonstration of how to get great lighting using only one flash; in the 2nd half all participants break up into groups of 3 and practice these techniques using the wireless-capable flashes they already own. Often this is all it takes to break people out of their intimidation and allow them to truly embrace this powerful tool for adding impact and drama to their images in ways that smartphones just can’t do.
