Susan Clark

Susan is no stranger to textiles. After graduating from The French Fashion Academy in New York City, Susan landed a position as an Assistant Designer at Jenifer House; JJill Ltd., designing and producing clothing for retail and catalog sales. With a flair for bridals, she freelanced making gowns for bridesmaids, replicating antique styles. Susan later managed the ladies department for Canedy’s Pendleton Outpost in Lanesborough, Massachusetts and also in Bennington, Vermont. A move to Eastham on Cape Cod opened a new door. Susan took a class in tapestry weaving from Katie Hickey and joined The Weaving Network. Learning on floor looms and continuing tapestry weaving, Susan attended Vavstuga Weaving School in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts.
