The mission of As the Wood Turnz is to produce beautiful things that are used in everyday life, not just artistic dust collectors. The work is not only stunning, it is also functional. Pens, bottle stoppers and crochet hooks are just a few of the unique items you’ll find in our shop. Robert has been woodturning for move than 10 years after falling in love with the craft while in high school. He uses mostly native woods from Massachusetts as well as some exotics. Robert and his partner Tracey live and work in West Harwich.
