The art of landscape photography allows me to enter a world of beauty; to experience the spirit of the land. It is my hope that you the viewer may experience the spirit of the land in these images.

The intent of this work is not to reproduce a scene, but perhaps, to elicit emotion. As a photographer, sometimes the experience of a scene is reflective, like a mirror, thrust to see one’s own feeling. If the image resonates with your experience, we have connected.

I am influenced by concepts of impermanence as an approach to loosen my grasp on all things; and thereby to see a path more clearly to being present where meaningful action can occur.
