DESCRIPTION:The Barnstable Comedy Club proudly presents ANGEL STREET (GASLIGHT)\, the scandalous psychological thriller by Patrick Hamilton. \nThe show opens on Thursday\, March 12\, 2026  and continues for 3 weekends through March 29 \, 2026.\nFriday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM\nSunday matinee performances at 2:30PM. \nGeneral admission tickets are $30 / $28 for seniors 65+ and students. Ring\, the stellar cast includes\, Kelly Rowen Kean\, Ian Rubinstein\, Megan Owens\, Miranda Daniloff \, Mancusi and Larry Lickteig.  Sue Teplansky is the stage manager. \nMurder and mystery loom in the air in Patrick Hamilton’s classic Victorian thriller\, ANGEL STREET(GASLIGHT). Mysterious things have been happening in the Manningham household: items go missing\, their dog is injured\, and Mrs. Manningham hears footsteps coming from the locked\, uninhabited top floor. She fears that she is going mad–that is certainly what Mr. Manningham believes. But when Detective Rough arrives one night to visit Mrs. Manningham while she is alone\, questions arise and secrets are revealed about her husband. Suddenly\, insanity is no longer the biggest threat she faces as she discovers she has married a dangerous man. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:The Cello Unfolded: From Romantic Passion to Dreamlike Soundscapes. Classical and Contemporary Cello. \nTaiwanese cellist Chih-Yi (Joy) Chu is an artist whose work bridges classical tradition and contemporary innovation. Currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma at the New England Conservatory\, she holds a Master of Music degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and a Bachelor of Science degree from National Taiwan University. \nAn accomplished orchestral and chamber musician\, she has performed as principal cellist of the National Taiwan University Symphony Orchestra and the Prague Summer Nights Festival Orchestra\, collaborating with members of the Czech Philharmonic and the Philadelphia Orchestra. Her experience also includes performances with the National Orchestral Institute Philharmonic under Marin Alsop\, the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra\, and the Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra\, as well as appearances with the New World Symphony and other regional ensembles in the Boston area.
