DESCRIPTION:Wednesday is Prince Spaghetti Night!\nMost of us remember Anthony Martignetti being called by his mother “Anthony!” she yelled\, and he ran through Boston’s North End\, returning home to spaghetti\, which became a tradition on Wednesday in Boston. This lecture deals with the history of spaghetti in Naples\, Italy and how by the early 20th century there were many pasta manufacturers providing this staple food to Italian immigrants.
