SUMMARY:Difficult Discussions Series “Sooner or Later…” with Continuum Hospice
DESCRIPTION:Sooner or later . . . \n. . . you may need to be the person who helps/supports someone at the end of their life. \nWhen a friend or family member approaches their end of life\, many people feel uncomfortable in this situation. Why? Because end of life has very unique and difficult questions that are sometimes hard to answer. \nWhen will the death happen?\nWhy are they acting like this?\nWhat if I say something wrong?\nWhat do I say if I get asked a tough question?\nWhat if I don’t know what to say?\nThis is a 1-hour presentation to help you overcome awkwardness and feel confident in caring for someone. It is designed for: \nPeople who are\, or will be\, the support person for a family member or friend.\nPeople who want to go beyond and support someone they don’t even know yet.\nThis program will be presented by Continuum Hospice. Tuesday January 13th\, 2026\, at 1:00pm in the Main Meeting Room. All are welcome to attend. For more information or to register for this program\, please contact Amy Wolfe at awolfe@clamsnet.org or by calling the OVL directly at (508)428-5757
