Inspired by chef and restauranteur Yotam Ottolenghi\, we’ll create two vibrant dishes that balance exciting bold flavors and fresh ingredients.\nGreen Shakshouka is a fresh twist on the classic Middle Eastern dish\, featuring greens like spinach\, herbs\, and leeks as the base for gently poached eggs\, finished with aromatic spices and the creamy zing of feta.
