They asked me to do a Tuscan wine dinner. I proposed a dinner with rabbit and wild boar. They thought it was a little risky\, so we had chicken and polpettinis that night.\nSince then I have prepared kangaroo\, yak\, all types of seafood\, fowl\, exotic vegetables and other uncommon foods in the Simoneau Kitchen here at the Cultural Center! Tonight to celebrate my anniversary\, we will have the original menu I proposed.\n\nWe will start with seafood bruschetta\, rabbit pâté with pistachios and assorted radicchio leaves\, wild boar sugo with chestnut pasta\, and we’ll finish with Vin Santo Zabaglione with dried berries and nuts.
