Although Yin Yoga is also called passive Yoga, it has a great number of benefits. Join us for hour long yin yoga class, enjoy simple stretch of your connective tissues. The practice will help to:
– calm and balance your mind and body
– reduces stress and anxiety
– increases circulation
– improve flexibility
– improve the flow of energy
Arrive 15 minutes early and take quick inspirational tour around the Art Gallery, find your favorite painting to look at while practicing yoga
