Join us live online for an evening learning about female jazz musicians. Lecturer and master flutist Galen Abdur-Razzaq will highlight the influence women had on the evolution of jazz and their significant contributions to the art form.

An educator, arranger, composer, and director, Abdur-Razzaq studied at the Berklee College of Music and earned a master’s degree in education from Rutgers University. For more than 30 years, he has performed and spoken to college students and libraries across the country.
