Join us for Yoga classes at the Guyer Art Barn! All classes are beginner friendly.
You will practice:
• meditation and breathing exercises to calm the mind, find focus and stillness;
• yoga postures to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and develop stamina;
• relaxation techniques to recharge and rejuvenate.
Arrive 15 minutes early and take quick inspirational tour around the Art Gallery, find your favorite painting to look at while practicing yoga
