Join us for Pranayama & Meditation at the Guyer Barn.
Meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Together we will use ancient breathing techniques to open our hearts and create a beautiful energy that will stay with you throughout your day, week or even month. Beginners are welcomed!

• yoga postures to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and develop stamina;
