Mangia al Museo
- This event has passed.
The Cape Cod Museum of Art’s 6th annual Mangia al Museo will once again combine a special dinner-at-home with an entertaining live-streaming program!
Historically an in-person event, Mangia al Museo was virtual in 2021, and it was so well received, Mangia will be virtual again this year!
How does Mangia work? Participants order a “Mangia Box” in advance – at ccmoa.org/mangia for $45. This is the “ticket” to the evening’s program. The purchase also includes a unique ceramic bowl (one of 400 handcrafted by a CCMoA pottery students and volunteers). Ticket holders will come to the Museum just prior to the event to select a bowl and pick up their “Mangia Box”.
On the night of April 9th, everyone will enjoy their Mangia Dinner at home while watching the virtual event “together”! Only ticket-holders will be provided a link to the live-streaming event.
The evening’s programming will include Live Music with Lary Chaplan and Frank Poranski; an Art Talk with CCMoA Director of Art, Benton Jones; and a Virtual Visit to the Cape Cod Home of Joseph Carr (Founder, Josh Cellars) with Ian Sullivan and Lauri Decost, owners of The Underground Bakery. There will be 2 exciting Live Auctions, Screen Prizes, a sharing of Selfies from the audience and more.
