The LoveLocal Fest : Holiday Edition is back and it is bigger than ever! This year’s December event plays hosts to over 125 vendors including local artists and artisans, food and beverage purveyors, as well as entertainment and kids’ activities.
LoveLiveLocal has been producing this free community event for six seasons and according to CEO Amanda Converse, the event keeps getting bigger and better. “This year’s event will have the most local businesses we have ever and we couldn’t be happier that not only do more local makers want to participate, but Cape Cod community members are increasingly aware of the importance of supporting them by shopping local.”
She goes on to say “we love connecting local makers with opportunities to share their work with the public, as well as providing Cape Codders a convenient way to shop local for the holiday season, as keeping our dollars in the local community is vital to maintaining a thriving Cape Cod economy.”
The event kicks off Saturday evening, December 7 from 5pm-9pm in conjunction with Housing Assistance Corporation’s Telethon for HOPE, and runs all day Sunday December 8, from 11am-5pm where Ten Pin Eatery will sponsor a kids zone where there will be opportunities for crafting as well as games and activities.
As in past years, there will be a suggested donation of $5 at the door. This year the donations will be given to HAC as well as LoveLiveLocal’s own Project Cape Made.
The event is proudly sponsored by Cape Cod Five and Michelle Kaye Photography
