Let’s explore a variety of ways to make prints and decorated papers that do not require a printing press. We will use Gelli plates, stamps, stencils and basic household tools to build colorful papers. Then we will use those papers to create collages to hang on the wall, make cards, or cover journals. It can get a bit messy, so wear clothes that you do not mind getting paint on.

Christine has been teaching in schools and the community in Oregon for over 20 years. She recently returned to the Cape to help her parents age in place. Her specialties include helping everyone recognize their creative strengths and finding ways to make art everyday. Working in a wide variety of media, she draws on her BFA Textiles from Rhode Island School of Design and her MS Education from Portland State University.
