Sample small bites of Baccala salad; grilled octopus with beach plum vinaigrette; a lobster, mango, and grapefruit bite; angel hair pasta with clam sauce; tarragon poached sole with grapes; seared halibut gravlax with caper berry sauce; and calamari stuffed with veal, pine nuts, and raisins.
Complimentary Prosecco will be poured!
This class will be held in the Owl Hall on the main level of the Education Wing.
Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, the Cultural Center will take additional precautions to keep everyone on our campus safe. The improvements we made to our ventilation system and other aspects of our facility during the pandemic continue to contribute to the safety of our constituents, but we have also implemented a vaccination policy, effective until further notice:
For the health, safety, and well-being of our patrons, staff, volunteers, and creatives, the Cultural Center of Cape Cod requires that guests attending indoor ticketed events or classes must be vaccinated or provide a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours.
At check-in, all guests must either present proof that they meet the CDC definition of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, either in the form of a physical vaccination card or a photo of the card OR present proof of a negative COVID test with that test taken within 72 hours of the indoor event/class.
Please contact the venue directly with any questions.
