Journaling with Mindful Prompts combines the reflective practices of meditation and journaling.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on four Fridays, beginning February 4, from 9:30-10:30am. Journaling with Mindful Prompts combines the reflective practices of meditation and journaling. Settle into a quiet and comfortable space with a notebook or paper and a writing instrument, and embark on a journey of self-discovery, using a 3-step format. During each class, you will be guided in a mindfulness meditation, followed by a period of writing, or sketching in response to a prompt, ending with an opportunity to share and discuss your experience and/or writing. Sharing is always voluntary practice and is not required. There is generally enough time to cycle through the 3-step format twice using different prompts each time. Until further notice, students over 12 in all Cultural Center classes will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test conducted within 72 hours prior to the class.
