Arts Foundation of Cape Cod
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod is the regional arts agency for Barnstable County, committed to strengthening and promoting Cape Cod's arts and cultural industry throughout the year. It serves individual artists, cultural centers, fine and performing arts groups and businesses, and cultural and historical establishments such as museums and historical societies.
Artwork on Loan
The Town offers an "artwork on loan" program for local artists to temporarily display their work on the meeting room walls in the Selectman’s Conference Room and the Town Hall Hearing Room. The pieces are for display only-artwork may not be sold on Town property. Information on the artist is provided for those wishing to obtain further details. Aselton Park_Free Summer Concerts around town
The Town of Barnstable is alive with the sound of music this summer. Enjoy FREE concerts and other entertainment around the Hyannis HyArts Cultural District and Barnstable Village Cultural District, all family friendly. Bring your blankets, chairs and dancing shoes and celebrate the season with song-no rain dates. Performances are subject to change without notice.

Cape Cod Chamber
The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to helping visitors to Cape Cod and the Islands make the most of their vacation experience.
The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce also acts as the voice of Cape Cod, uniting business, industry and the community.
The Chamber is a private, not for profit entity governed by a board of directors elected by their 1,300+ member organizations.

The Hyannis Area Chamber of Commerce serves to foster, enhance and promote a healthy business climate in the greater Hyannis area and the Town of Barnstable.

Participate in the 2016 artist shanty season at Hyannis Harbor.
Hyannis Loop Bus
The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority offers new bus service:
Running hourly through 4:00pm, the Hyannis Loop West will travel from the Hyannis Transprotation Center down Main Street, North Street and West Main Street.
It will continue south on Route 28 stopping at the Barnstable Senor Center before heading to Trinity Christian Academy, Village Green Apartments and all major shopping centers before heading back to the Hyannis Transproation Center.
The Hyannis Loop East simultaneously travels in the oppostie direction hourly through 5:00pm.
Passengers can now coordinate their schedules with the Barnstable Villager for quarterly service to all shopping centers.
All Cape Cod RTA busses offer flag down service anywhere it is safe along all routes.
Maritime Hyannis Walking Tour
An historical walk along Pleasant Street starting from the Hyannis Transportation Center ...follow to the harbor front and ferries.
Pleasant Street was often referred to as Sea Captains Row. This map shares some of the history along the street.
Mid Cape Cultural Council
The Mid-Cape Cultural Council promotes and supports the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences to benefit people in the towns of Barnstable and Yarmouth.
